I live in Mangawhai (about an hours drive north of Auckland) with my husband and daughter. We love the natural coastal beauty and warmth of this area (and its community) and are enjoying the blend of the laid back vibes and busyness of building a life, home and businesses. We moved to Mangawhai from Southland in 2023, after spending a year traveling Aotearoa in our caravan and living in Bali.

After having a fun, full, adventurous and successful career in the travel industry, it was both an easy and difficult decision for me to close that chapter and start afresh in my healing business. Although, travel and what we learn from it (about ourselves), will always have a place in my heart.

I froth the realms of energetics and from the experience of my own journey, a big and beautiful reflection has been that I believe everything comes from and is in constant flow of balance. Having started my journey with a focus on physical health, to then moving into Reiki and an energetics led lifestyle and practice, to now embracing the ‘bothness’ - combining the physical with the energetic, the body and the soul, the lightness & the dark. We can’t have one without the other.

I am a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, professional member of Reiki NZ Inc, Intuitive Energy Healer, Sound Healer and Reflexologist in-training (currently a student of the Auckland School of Reflexology & student member of Reflexology New Zealand).

As well as this though, I love spending time at the beach with my family, long and laugh filled catch ups with friends, a glass of champagne to celebrate, my beautiful cocker spaniel pup Duke (rest in peace my angel), arts n’ crafts, cacao ceremonies with Soulies, altar creating, ocean swims, fries, peonies, the Christmas season, 2000’s hip hop & country music, gift giving and going after my dreams!
